2nd Flight: On a C6-3 Fox P2 rocket launched straight off the rod and flew fine until it slowed again and this time Fox P2's rocket motor reached burn out. Fox P2 started to tail wiggle then flipped once and arched over nose down gaining C.A.T.O speed;the ejection charged deployed the chute. The chute didn't fully catch air until 40ft above ground saving the rocket. I have learned my calculation of marginal stability is too marginal 
.I will lengthen Fox P2 adjusting the center of gravity and cp's relation.
