Flight Log - 2019-08-04 - Matthew Bond's 18mm Payloader 001

A "B" payload model put together from scavenged parts.  Utilized the cut down booster section from a supperroc model that never flew and the payload section from my existing 13mm payload rocket with the transition section swapped out with a straight balsa coupler.

2019 NRC competition event held at the NARAM flying field the day after NARAM 61:  Flew a "B" payload model put together from scavenged parts of NARAM 60 contest rockets.  Flown out of an Apogee tower with no piston.  Nice straight boost out of the tower, stalling out, nose up at ejection.  Booster and payload section separated with the payload section coming straight down under streamer and the booster section gliding off behind the flight line.  Booster not found, corrected altitude form Micorpeak altimeter 148M/485'.
