Flight Log - 2015-03-28 - Matthew Bond's Estes Super Alpha
A plus sized version of the venerable Alpha, built around a BT-60 body tube.
This rocket was one of three that I constructed in a hotel in Tucson, AZ while on a business trip and was flown at the annual 2 day Desert Heat launch put on by the Southern Arizona Rocketry Association.

First Flight of another "Hotel Build" rocket. Nice smooth boost, good deployment, easy landing on the field. Can't ask for much more than that.
