Rocket Name: Black Diamond
Flyer's Name: Steve Lindeman
Motors: B6-4
Wind Speed: 4.00 mph
Launch Site: Francis Park - Lansing, MI

Second launch of the day and maiden flight for the Black Diamond on one of the original motors (B6-4) that came with the set in 2006-2008. Wasn't sure if the motors would be any good even though they were sealed in a plastic bag for the past four or five years and sitting in a neighbors garage. Anyway it lit and rocket just about disappeared from sight. Herd the pop and saw the rocket for a few seconds before losing it in the sun. Herd it again when it landed about 50' from pad. Rocket had a lot of powder burn and a good section of the top edge of the BT caved in from back lash of NC. A little cleaning and it will fly again.
