Laser Lance is an original Estes design with a distinct Military look. Definitely not your standard 3FN rocket. Projected altitude is 925' on an Estes D12-5. Could also double as a payload rocket.

2nd flight. After replacing parachute and shock cord rocket was reloaded this time with a D12-5. Rocket absolutely ripped off the pad and almost vanished in the sky. Way up there. Saw and heard chute  deployment. Had to catch a ride with the "Mule" driver to retrieve as it came down by the pond near the entrance to the campgrounds about 3/4 mile down range. What a beautiful flight. Although it landed in gravel it only sustained a couple of chips to the paint on 2 fins.
